Tour Conductor Credit

I did a group booking for a family group.  I just got an email telling me that I have Tour Conductor Credit.  Is this the same as onboard credit?  Will it just be usable on the ship or can I use it beforehand to purchase shore excursions etc.

Yes, it is OBC and because it's considered a promotional item it is non-refundable. You may only use it on the ship and not previous to boarding.

I did group cruise in October on Escape and they did not give to me in OBC it was refunded to the credit card I made my final payment with. Have a great cruise.

I got an email today telling me they are doing this.  Is it refunded pretty quickly or do you have to wait awhile?

It was on my credit card within a couple weeks, my cruise rep stayed on top of it for me and let me know when to look for it.
