duegwb Posted April 13, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2019 If you buy the pass before you cruise and realize you don't like either of them, will you be refunded the difference (the cost for one day to use the spa)?
Garf Posted April 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2019 Yes, you can always cancel before you go on your cruise.
duegwb Posted April 14, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted April 14, 2019 I understand I cancel beforehand, I would like to know what would happen if we ended up not liking it and wanted to cancel the pass for the remainder of the cruise.
Garf Posted April 14, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2019 Well the best thing would be to buy a one day pass to see if you like it first, and go from there.

Hi There are steam rooms with aromatherapy, dry saunas, and a large jacuzzi. The other amenities that are provided are available in the regular gym/spa. If that is an environment that you would normally enjoy spending time at, the you would like it. If that is not an environment you would want to spend hours relaxing in, then it is likely not for you. If you are unsure, then you should probably do as Garf suggests and just buy a one day pass. You would have to determine what was best for you. Looking at the pricing (I put a link to the Carnival site for you), it would be unlikely that they would refund the cost difference if you did not enjoy the environment after the first visit. https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1167/~/cloud-9-spa hope this helps
rcprncss Posted April 17, 2019 #6 Share Posted April 17, 2019 That link is very helpful, especially for a first time Carnival cruiser. It looks like on my cruise it might be on sale. It is $109 a person for six days instead of the $119. Thank you for sharing.

What's not to like? Have you been in a steam room or a sauna, these are probably nicer.
leela8 Posted April 19, 2019 #9 Share Posted April 19, 2019 Yes you can cancel if you go to guest services on the first night, and they will credit you. If you cancel after that they might pro rate it depending on the reason you give them for canceling.

Vista class ships only have a small jacuzzi in their thermal suite.
