Carnival Site Problems

I received and email today offering me 10% of a shore excursion for my upcoming cruise if I book  today or tomorrow. It's a promotion for Tax day. However, I'm not able to open the excursion page on the Carnival site. Anyone else having issue?

Yes, same issue.  I'll try again, probably early tomorrow.

I just want to review my excursion options and am unable to even open anything😕 Not even sure I want to book an excursion on a 3 day cruise. Very frustrating!

We didn't get the email, but that offer shows up when I log in. Not that it does much good right now. Seems like, as soon as that email dropped, everyone rushed to book excursions and overloaded the site.

they are doing maintenance and were suppose to be done by 1pm this afternoon. obviously they aren't. grrr.

Most be something new Carnival having a problem with their website. Must be a first. Oh waitt its the other way isn't it the system works right about 10% of the time

the general hygiene of your computer's Operating System??

The site was having a lot of issues yesterday but I finally got in about 07:00pm Pacific.  I was able to book two excursions with the discount.  John Heald posted a message on another site that the coupon will be honored again today because of the issues yesterday.

What does that have to do with this? I agree that most average computer users don't perform routine cleanings, but the problems people are having with Carnival's site don't have anything to do with that. I maintain my desktop & laptop regularly and had just as much trouble, on both, as everyone else here. Carnival even acknowledged the problems.

Doesn't hurt one little bit to have

at least one of the computers in the communications mix working lickety-split

What in the hell, I had no idea CC had a resident computer support on board. They definitely had problems. I was window shopping for a cruise, and yeah, had some really off the wall prices coming up, as in $100 for a 7dayer. Yeah, something was not right.
