Public Phones in Port

Are there public Phones in the port at Copenhagen? I have a prepaid transfer but have to call for pickup.

Not many.

 

Europe embraced the cell phone as the primary means of calling well before the US.  Mainly because land line costs were very high.

 

If you have a cell phone, you can set up international roaming.  Or, if you carrier and phone support it, wifi calling.  And there are wifi hotspots ALL over Europe.
