SF - Beach Blanket Babylon to close after 45 years

FYI - San Francisco's famous revue, "Beach Blanket Babylon" announced today that they will be closing at the end of the year on New Year's Eve (12/31/19). As a resident, I've seen it many time through the years. Many parts changed seemingly overnight to reflect some absurdity. (Which is always in supply, especially in SF) Always topped by the most fabulous and outsize hat creations.

If you've been meaning to see it and will be in town this year - GO!
