Better pricing deal to book now or onboard in October for March 2020 cruise?

Greetings,

We are taking our third Disney cruise this October but have already selected our fourth, which will take place in March 2020.  Given that the prices only go up over time, are we likely to be better off booking now, from dry land, or waiting the six months and booking on board to get whatever discounts and concessions are then on offer?  And can anyone who has cruised recently tell me what they are offering on board?

Many thanks and happy cruising to all!

It's best to go ahead and book now, locking in today's prices.  Then, once onboard your next cruise, you can "reshop" the cruise.  If the prices haven't risen enough to negate the savings you get by booking onboard, you can rebook.  Onboard booking discounts are taken on the prevailing price of the cruise on the day you book it.

If you do rebook, you can cancel the existing reservation.
