Disembark emerald princess in Athens on June 22

We will be disembarking on Sat  June 22, ship gets int Piraeus at 4 am and I’m assuming ship starts letting you off around 7 or 8. Can we make an 11:30 tour after dropping baggage and or checking into centrally located hotel

You can certainly make an 11:30 tour. When we did it last year, we walked off the ship at 7:00 am and took a taxi to the Athens Hilton. By 11:30 we had walked from the Hilton, passed the Temple of Olympian Zeus and were on the Acropolis. I hope you have a wonderful time. Athens is one of my favorite places.

You would make it quite easily if, as Summerprincess has said, if you take a taxi. There are buses at the port that take you in to town but with bags it would be uncomfortable. The train in to town is a fair walk from the port so I'd definitely take a taxi. There are plenty of taxis in Athens.

Taxis are lined up within a very short walking distance when you disembark. Use a taxi for ease of travel and also to maximize your time in Athens.
