I was curious to see what kind of entertainment was available on board.  There was a band that played alternative rock back on our Bliss trip in October. I guess I’m hoping for similar entertainment on our upcoming trip.

You're probably thinking of Siglo (the Filipino guys that place mostly 80s classic rock?)  If so, they are an excellent band and to my understanding will be on the Bliss for the foreseeable future.

It was not Siglo.  The band we saw were not Filipino.  Siglo is still good. 

 

The band and we saw did a Depeche Mode tribute set.  First time ever seeing anything like that on a cruise.
