Just off Adventure of the Seas...Any Questions??

Recommended Posts

We are on an 8 night on Adventure, Mar 14, 2020, celebrating 50th anniversary with DD, DSIL and 3 DGC.  Two of the 3 DGC have Cystic Fibrosis.  How bad is the smoke around the casino?  Thanks

Tom.

Did you see drink cards?  If so, when and how much?

None were offered on our cruise. They pushed the beverage package until mid cruise. I believe the onboard price was $66 /day +gratuity. I purchased prec ruise at $46/day + gratuity.

I didn't think smoke was too bad and I quit over a year ago. You will smell smoke.... but I was never really uncomfortable with it. Not sure if they had smoke/smokeless sides. But I don't think it would have made a big difference. When I played the slots I only played on a bank of video poker slots...which people did smoke at.  To be honest I expected a stronger cigarette smell based on reviews I read.  would imagine on crowded evenings the smoke would be stronger.

I am on the Adventure for 8 days Southern Caribbean in February .  I can't wait for the review!🙂

You will love that itinerary. I did a 8 night Southern Caribbean on Carnival Vista last year and loved the ABC ports!!

Do you have to make reservations for the shows?? We sail in Sept. only 2nd time with RCCL 1st time we were on the smallest ship they own (Cuba cruise) and reservations was not needed.

No show reservations on Adventure.

The casino does have a no smoking section. I was on Adventure in March. I was playing poker at a table in the casino. the man next to me pulled out his e-cig and was told by the dealer that smoking was not allowed at the table we were at.

Looking forward to your review. We're on her in December.

Was there a show every night?  How many "production shows" vs headliners.

I assume they have the usual evening stuff like Quest and Love & Marriage?

Thanks.

We were in Aruba for a week and loved it and always wanted to to go to Bonaire and Curacao.

Looking forward to your review. We leave on the Adventure on Saturday! Did your room have the USB ports on the bottom of the book lights/night lights by the bed? I have seen some mention of them but don't know what rooms/floors they are in.

Just returned from a wonderful 8 night sailing on Adventure of the Seas... Review will soon follow. In the interim if anyone has questions I'd be happy to try and help.

Glad to hear you had a great time. I cant think of any questions at the moment but am looking forward to your review as we will be doing an 8-nighter on Adventure in November.

Wow, that is a great sale price.  Were you just lucky or did you keep checking daily for a sale?
