Hi, Sammy & welcome to Cruise Critic

Toilets and disabled toilets near the pools for sure, but I don't recall any changing cubicles.

Any reason you can't change in your cabin? That's what folk do - other than no bare feet or chests in dining venues there's no dress code during the day.

The indoor and outdoor main pools are divided by the centre lifts- 4 main and 2 glass lifts- and people use those to get down to their cabins quickly. My OH wears a pair of shorts and a T shirt which he saves for putting on before/after swimming.

One tip for another time on Ventura- if you book a cabin on deck 14, right at the stern, you can pop out of the outside door straight on to the deck where the terrace pool sits! That's handy for post swimming. 🙂
