Casino Royale: How quickly will offers start?

I reached Prime status from a single cruise in Asia that ended last week.

I already traded in the $500 Asia cruise certificate against a booked cruise on the Symphony of the Seas at the end of September out of Miami.

When I go to: https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/, I enter my name and CAS number, but it shoots back a message in red letters, stating:

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH ANY OF OUR CURRENTLY LOADED OFFERS. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO REVIEW WITH A CASINO REPRESENATIVE AT OUR TOLL FREE # 1 888 561 2234 OR VIA EMAIL AT CLUBROYALE@RCCL.COM.

I am interested in booking another cruise to Cuba over Thanksgiving week, but do not know when the Club Royale Offers webpage system will be updated, and when I will start receiving discounted rates and offers.

I would appreciate the benefit of others’ experience as to length of time it will take until I begin receiving discounted rates and offerings.

Since the site updates all month long but most new offers appear near the beginning of the month, I think you will probably start seeing some offers about 1 month after the original certificate.  That was when mine started showing up.

its sounds like there is an error with your CAS number or name-

that's the same error I get if I enter a made up name with my CAS number or a made up number with my name-

I had offers on that site before I hit Prime, in fact my wife even shows offers and she maybe played $400 over the last 3 cruises

Did you really mean to say CAS number?   CAS number is for Norwegian Cruise Line's Casinos at Sea.  Royal Caribbean's Club Royale number is your Crown & Anchor number.

Carley, it was my understanding that within the RCCL community, CAS is the acronym used for Crown and Anchor Society. Hence, the initials used are C, A and S. No?

Soflalaw, I did not know that; always thought it was C&A.  But I see from the screenshot googled for Crown and Anchor Society that they too call it CAS.  Learned something new!   Regards, Carley

I get the same message as well, Wife and I got off Indy this past Saturday. Seems like they simply need time to catch up.

TA, did you just achieve Prime or some higher tier? I am hoping that you are correct, or alternatively, that I am either messing up my entry of my last name (Is the first letter capitalized? Or not?) or perhaps there is some other rewards number aside from my CAS number.

We (supposedly) went in as prime since this was a urcomped.com offer, we played enough for a $400 off certificate. I'm awaiting to find out how urcomped think we did. We probably short played some but the machines did not cooperate, not a single winning night. I thought about switching to Jacks or Better VP but the pay table was 5/4! Yuck! Did one night of craps, for a bout three hrs, averaging $40/roll too. The gaming was brutal.

Quick update: Yesterday logged in at https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/. Found May Summer Sizzle Offer (V1 - Balcony) listed, but no actual listing of eligible sailings.

Now impatient, as my DW and I want to plan a FREE cruise (obviously paying taxes, port charges, fees and gratuities).

the way the current page is set up there will never be listing of sailings,  you can either call or wait and hope that they mail you the listings

Wally Alligator, I received this exact same offer last weekend, and booked 3 night trip Monday morning.

I am seeking information about future offers.

To be clear, I am asking whether CR changes available ships, ports and itineraries?

soflalaw, do you recall how many points you earned to reach offers? I hit 1200 (hence the $400 certificate) which is half-way to prime. Wife and I cancelled our Sept NCL trip and booked Allure for the same price on Royal. We will make prime on this trip and then from my understanding receive a certificate in April (?at least inside cabin) along with whatever certificate while on board, correct?

clubroyaleoffers.com is still not showing any offers, anyone know if it is because I have yet to earn prime status?

I'll take any other insight on point accrual/prime/offers/certificates (onboard vs given later) from fellow casino cruisers.

2500 points gets you to prime tier, that will earn you a certificate for a free interior room for two on most cruises of 8 nights or less( holidays cruises are excluded) that will be available to use next April.

if you get 2400 points on a single cruise you will also earn a certificate from that ships casino and it will be available on the last night, this is nice but to be honest i have received a offer for a free cruise every month since i reached prime so i wouldn't chase 2400 just for the extra free one,

also the casino certificate for 2400 on a single cruise needs to be used (applied to a booking or booked) with in 30days

the best way to earn points is to try and find the slot with the lowest house advantage(if only it was that easy), Generally these will be higher denominations and not be themed, somebody has to pay the licensing fees for the characters and it isn't going to be the casinos profits.

table games are horrible for points

Have you received any direct offers from Club Royale after your first cruise  or are all your offers coming from urcomped exclusively?

Nothing from RCCL. Some deeply discounted rates on urcomped.

In fairness we probably short played ($6k coin in and some craps play on a five day). But we threw in the towel because we didn't get many line hits or bonuses. Noone was playing Wheel of Fortune because it was so tight.

We're taking a mediocre bankroll in two weeks and if we don't make Prime, then we'll comp ourselves and just pay for the next boat trip.

Interesting.  I read on other posts that hitting prime is not a prerequisite to getting offers from Royal. Lots of less than prime get dollars off and comp inside offers mailed to them monthly.  I guess it depends how you book your trips.  I've been reading that if you book through URcomped Royal will not send you direct offers but URComped doesn't tell you that on their site...  Just what other URComped customers are saying.

If you hit prime and book that through Royal I wonder if the direct offers start to roll in...

What do you play?

Have fun in any event and win lots of Jackpots!

We mainly slotted, $2-4 per spin. Played the poker tourney, came in second overall for a prize of $0. Did one session at the craps table, $42 a roll (pass line/odds and place 6/8). Pressed bets for about two hours for a $250 loss.

We booked Allure for the 22nd of September thru the Royal casino department so hopefully we will get some offers post trip.

Hopefully the casino will be kinder this time around 🙂  you're half way to prime, free drinks in the casino and a comp inside so doing the math it may be worth playing a bit. I look at it as my entertainment fund.  As long as I'm enjoying myself and the benefits are worth it, I go for it. Won't play just for the sake of the comps though.
