Casino Free Play

Hi,  Just off the Ruby and usually receive a letter the last day before disembarkation, for casino free play.  This letter states you will receive a certain amount if a cruise is booked within a limited time frame.  I did not receive a letter this time.  Does anyone know if they have discontinued this practice?

Never received any letter like that before. Not sure what you're talking about.

They still give out offers like the second to last day.  You probably just didn't qualify for any.

They are still giving out these letters.
