Holland America and Ocean Players Club

Is there a casino telephone line and website for Holland America (“HAL”) and the Ocean Players Club (“OPC”), just as RCCL has for its Casino Royale (“CR”) program?

 

Prime status with CR, and have a few RCCL cruises booked through CR.

 

Received a discounted rate for a HAL cruise toward the end of this year based upon prior casino play on the Zuiderdam (sp?).

 

Just looking to see who to contact at HAL or OPC to identify my casino status with them, and to get more information from them vis-a-vis OPC points and benefits.

I am also interested in finding out this information too.  With NCL, I just call.  I earned a lot of points on the Nieuw Statendam, but how do I get future cruises to my liking?  I have gotten some offers mailed to me, but I would like to be able to choose my own.

Hi, just came across this thread.  We sail on Princess and they also use Ocean Players Club (All the Carnival lines do)  Try oceanplayersclub.com and under contact us there is a form you can submit.  I have a phone number of 1-888-772-6697 but not sure if that is only for Princess.  I had no success when I called; sounded like rep was just reading from script in her denial of request.  My travel agent called and was told maybe something could be done if I submitted the form.  Hope this helps.

I did try the e-mail.  Unfortunately it was useless.  They don't really answer your question.  I don't understand why they keep things a mystery.  They must be losing business.
