After searching, I found that it was difficult to find all of the Edge Wine and Cocktail Menus in one place, so put this together for reference for future cruises.

Four MDRs

This has the featured wine and cocktail selection for each of the 4 MDRs, as well as the full MDR wine list at the end that is used in all 4 MDR's (nicely designed list and easy to read, IMO).

Elevated Wines by the Glass Program

This program is a good way to try a nicer glass of wine using your beverage package. They have several nice wines that you can pay the difference between the price limit on your beverage package and the price of the wine by the glass. For example, the Caymus is $25/glass - we paid $10/glass with our Premium Beverage Package. A bottle ended up costing $50, instead of $120 (5 glasses/bottle). This seems to be available in several venues.

If anyone has recently been on edge can you confirm if the gratuity is 18% .  I just came off Millennium in which it was 20%

Yes, it is 20% now on all ships. Some of the menus haven't been modified yet. Thanks for pointing that out!

Just off Edge, and the gratuity for beverages was 20%.

I wanted to add the Bar/Lounge Hours on the Edge here.

Sea Day:

Port Day:

Also, I noticed that they have a bar listed as "Les Boissons at the Bistro Terrace 4" from 5:00 - 9:30 PM on this recent cruise. I am assuming that during that time, they will serve drinks on the terrace at Le Grand Bistro (for those who didn't have 4 years of high school French as I did, boissons means drinks 😉). Le Petit Chef is not served in that area so people could still have drinks on the terrace (it is an inside terrace along the walkway) during LPC. My question is whether or not they serve food there at that time? I found a Terrace Menu, but not sure that it was ever implemented. If anyone has had some boissons or food at the Les Boissons at the Bistro Terrace 4 in the evening, please enlighten. 🙂

Here is a picture of the terrace and the terrace Menu that I found:

VT, never saw anybody eating or drinking on the Terrace - did mean to go for one of their cocktails but never managed to!

Oh and Eden Bar only closed on a Sea Day when it was the Captain’s Club party - otherwise open all day.

Thanks. Hopefully someone will visit Les Boissons at the Bistro Terrace 4. 🙂

I was looking for a wine list for Edge and found this wonderful compilation done by a treasured Cruise Critic member.  Don’t know how prices etc may have changed but it is a wonderful resource.

Thank you to the original poster and to you for reposting. It’s a great compilation. I have a question: we are in the retreat and as such it includes the premium drink package for all suite guest. I see prices listed on the Luninae menu. Are you still charged over whatever is coved by the premium package?

.

Thanks for the fantastic effort, "vtcruising."

Your work will assist us and hundreds of other members.

We tried to do something similar, eight to ten years ago (when "X" began to offer beverage packages), but all that old info must surely be obsolete now.

We look forward to reading more of your posts in the future.

So nice to see vtcruising pop back up on the list of threads.  As soon as I saw her as an author I immediately clicked on the thread to read it and relive some of the fond memories I have of her and all the info she provided to all of us as the Edge set sail.
