I have noticed that one of the Silver Club benefits is a 'day in the Spa Serene Area' is this what is called the Retreat? If not what do you get for your day?

No, not the Retreat. The spa has a 'serene area' which is quiet, has a pool, I think most of it's indoors. They pitch it at the start of the cruise as a place to go to get away from the heat and the people and you can buy a pass for a day or the whole cruise. I think you also can spend time there after any of the spa treatments. 

Since there's no waiter service there I've never been 🙂

actually I wrote 'it has a pool' which is probably not accurate, if I remember correctly from the one time I took a visit it's more of a plunge pool, quite small.

Kneipp walk.  It was broken  on Sojourn in 2017, spring and fall..  I hope it finally got fixed as it’s a nice feature.
