Handicapped with scooter

Since I use a scooter excursions are out for me. Where can I go in Aruba to enjoy shopping and taking photo's.. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Ships dock within a few hundred feet of the shopping area.

Disembark with a full battery (and wallet) and enjoy your day shopping.

The business part of Aruba has never seemed very photogenic to me.
