Swimming weather?

Hi, is it warm enough to swim in January in Mexican Riviera ports? What can we expect weather wise? We have booked carnival panorama January 4-11.

You could Google search the weather for your ports. For example,  "Puerto Vallarto January weather".

 

We don't know what temps you find acceptable for swimming.

We travel regularly to  PV in Jan/Feb. Never a problem to swim that time of year.  Cabo is a little cooler so may be more variable in early Jan.

Are you talking warm enough in the outside temperature to go to a hotel pool or warm enough in water temperature to swim in the ocean?

 

Definitely warm enough to go to an AI hotel and use the pools (usually, that is, I am sure there are exceptions).

 

And the ocean feels warm to me as a So Cal person, it is usually in the low 70's at Cabo and goes up to the high 70's the further south you go.
