What specific things are you wondering about?  You are above some retail space, which shouldn't cause any noise, if that's what you're worried about.  You are Starboard, about midway between elevator/stairway foyers....looks perfectly fine, to me!

You are over Vintages, "Liberty’s signature wine bar where guests can sit back and relax with a glass of wine and take in the view of the Royal Promenade. Seats 72." You are under other staterooms. I find that what you are UNDER is more important than over, as vibration carries through their-floor-your-ceiling much more than noise below carrying through the air to your floor. I would not expect any noise issues from Vintages, it looks like a pretty mellow venue! I have rarely if ever heard anything from the hall, either.

 

Additionally, assuming every-other-cabin being reversed, your bed will butt up to the wall on your left as you face the balcony on entering the room. IOW, the mirror image of this:
