A three hour tour....

Will be in Bermuda Sunday and Monday with my parents who are both in their 80's.  Mom is quite spry, but dad's mobility is not what it used to be.  I would like to hire a taxi to do a tour.  Most posts on here seem to recommend at least four hours, but with their limitations I don't want to go more than three.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should include or skip?
