Hi everyone!  I guess I'm the first around to start in Belle's absence 🙂 

 

I'm so excited for my daughter's graduation and our cruise that my poem won't be much, but here goes:

• Count your calories
• Rest when needed
• Undo the past mistakes
• Intake lots of water
• Sweat with your exercise
• Enjoy a healthy you!

 

I stayed the same this week, not too disappointing with the holiday weekend.  I won't be around next week to report, but plan to exercise restraint on the cruise and really savor the splurges when I do indulge.  I suspect keeping portions small will keep me more comfortable too - last cruise I found I just couldn't eat as much and still move 😉

I seem to have gained 1.2# (exactly what I lost the week before) ... getting frustrated!  Oh well!  Jan

Pacruise, thanks for the thread. Not gaining is good. Congrats on the graduation. Have a great time on your vacation. 

 

Jan, sorry for the gain. Bummer when you work hard and show a gain.

 

I lost 1 lb. 4 more to go to pre-cruise weight.

Hi all!

 

pacruise ~ thanks for starting the thread & the words of wisdom.  Have a great cruise.

 

Well I either put on 1.6 lbs if you go by the Thursday weight or just put on 0.6 if today's. Whatever, it wasn't a loss & I did reach my highest weight ever!! I'm going to have to get with the program!!

 

Have a nice weekend. I have a celebration of life to attend & later will go see the new movie about Elton John so look forward to that.
