Anyone have a friend currently on the Mediterranea?

We are currently on another cruise ship in Stavanger Norway moored across from the Costa ship &there appears to be an incident involving a lifeboat underway.  The lifeboat looks to have partially fallen from the arms that secure it.  When we arrived at noon it was just hanging there & now they’ve gotten a barge along side with a crane.  It hasn’t moved though.  Many pax watching from the upper decks.  Wondering if this has caused damage to the ship...just hoping no one was on the walking deck when whatever this was happened.   Will watch this board to see if anyone knows.  I will attempt to post a photo but our internet is so slow

Accident happened during emergency drill - probably for crew.

At the moment it is not clear if ship leave the port as it was planned (Sat 1 Jun 7pm).

Yeah it was a general drill and its not a life boat its a tender boat. No body was injured. It was empty. And it departed on time.
