I really like my cruises aboard MSC vessels, but their website and customer service are the worst in the business. hjl Posted June 4, 2019 #6 Share Posted June 4, 2019 So I just finished the web check-in. Earlier, I logged into my account and tried to check-in which didn't work. This time I did not log into my account and clicked on the web check-in link on the main page. Then it asked for my booking number and name. From there, I was able to finish all the check-in process. I don't know... communicated such information out so we wouldn't all be clueless and panicky. What a new concept right?
