Parking at Cape Liberty Cruise Port

We will be on the Celebrity Summit at the end of August.  What is your personal experience with parking at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port?

In my opinion, parking at the Cape Liberty garage is the only way to go.

As I have said many times on the east coast departure board, there are three ships here for the summer. Summit, Adventure and Anthem. The garage parking is pretty much taken up by Anthem sailings. A parking spot is guaranteed, but not necessarily in the garage. It will most likely be surface parking for the Summit. The lot is right across from the terminal.
