Marella Explorer 2 Spa and Sauna

I’m travelling on the Marella Exp2 later in the year. I know there is a pay for spa area, but from some pictures it looks like in the changing rooms there is also a sauna. Anyone been on board and found this? I’m assuming it’s free as the changing would also be used for the gym.
