Independence cabin question

We were thinking of booking two of the new cabins 8443 and 8445 on Independence. Since they are close to the stairs and the elevator we were wondering if it's noisy.

Are those cabins newer than the other inside cabins?

Not sure when those cabins were added but 43 and 45 would be pretty quite.

Several new cabins including where the CL was were added during the refit last year.

The older cabins were not renovated during the refurb.

This was our cabin a couple of weeks ago which was similar to our cabin May 2018 after the ship refit.
