What is there to do in Nassau, Bahamas??

I am sure this has been asked many times but every time I search it doesn't bring up what I am looking for.

We will be cruising on the Carnival Sensation July 15th, coming into port of Nassau on July 16th from 8am-5pm. Pretty long port time so my question is, what is the best excursion?

We (me, my husband and 15 year old son)  have been to the Bahamas a few years ago and went to Atlantis for the day. We are still open to do that but it has got quite expensive for the day pass. Any and all excursion recommendations welcome, please also include price and where you booked.

TIA!!

Carnival has dozens of excursions. Have you reviewed them? Hard to say what interests you. There are walking tours, private tours, beaches, snorkeling, segways, boats trips, private islands, zoo, chocolate factory, etc.  Practically anything and everything
