Paradise Island conch salad

It's been over 25 years since I've been to Nassau/ Paradise Island.  There used to be a guy at the foot of the PI bridge that would make conch salad (ceviche style).  He would pull the conch from the shell and make the salad for you.  It was amazing, especially with a 6 pack of Kalik.  Anyone know if there is still anyone there?

I think you are talking about Potter's Cay.  They had some issues last year from people getting sick from the conch because they don't have access to fresh water to rinse it properly.  Personally, I'd stick with places that have fresh water if you're planning on eating any raw conch.
