Filling water bottles onboard (QV, QE, and QM)

It has been 6 years since our last trip with Cunard, so I wanted to check on this.   Can personal water bottles be filled anywhere on the three ships (at the buffet, for instance)?  Or are we doomed to paying for bottled water?  My husband has a medical condition that requires that he drink at least 80 ounces a day, and it is so much easier to keep track with a water bottle.

Thanks in advance for replies.

As previously posted, just ask your Steward to leave a large jug of drinking water along with your ice every evening, and additionally during the day at a time required.

Or pack a kitchen funnel.

Both simples.
