You need to contact Celebrity Special Needs (should be a link on the website or contact your TA) and ask if they have a company that supplies rental scooters in Civitavecchia.  EM

And be sure you have an accessible cabin! There are also some peculiarities about the Edge that make wheeled access to some locations difficult idpf not impossible. I don’t have a specific list.

I believe they contract with companies in other countries but you have to call them for pricing (cannot do it on their website).   It's not inexpensive but worth every penny.
