Costa Victoria Roll Call Catch up

Hi there.  so for there are 18 people on the roll call for our cruise on Costa Victoria.  Having never done this before I am a bit unsure how to catch up with people onboard.  Do you usually pick a specific time and place and invite people along ???? Is there any suggestions on where would be best or what to do ?

Meeting up use to be easy as Costa as well as other cruise lines laid on a few nibbles & drinks.

 

But my advice is to take a look at ships plans find a smallish bar and meet up there, wine bar is normally okay as it does not open until 6pm. Avoid first day as boat drill is carried out around 5pm. 

Post time and place in your roll call for any late joiner's.
