Hello. We re coming to Cozumel at February 2020 and it s our first cruising so we have absolutly no experiance.

We re 2 adults plus child 10 years old.

Please tell me we have 8 hours at Cozumel - how to organize to see Punta Sur Park plus snorkeling Palancar and El Cielo or is it better to do only one of these 2 things?

To book in advance or do that directly when we arrive to Cozumel?

Thanks for help.

Understand that if your ship is scheduled in port for 8 hours, e.g. 9am - 5pm (0900-1700), you really don't have the full 8 hours. All aboard is usually about 30 minutes before the ship is scheduled to depart, and there is always a chance you won't be off the ship at the exact arrival time either.

That said, I think there is enough time to do both the snorkeling and Punta Sur if the snorkeling trip has timing that allows for a sufficient amount of time at Punta Sur either before or after. Personally, I would book a morning snorkeling trip, then take a taxi after to Punta Sur and then take a taxi from Punta Sur back to the cruise ship.
