Gluten and Sugar Free

They do, though not as many as Regent.  I don't eat sugar.  They generally have one sugar free dessert on the menu at dinner.  The deconstructed fruit salad in La Dame is one of the prettiest desserts I have ever seen (and delicious as well)

Thank you.I also avoid sugar as an ingredient. I am also Keto which means no carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, wheat etc) .  I think I will "relax" a little about that on the cruise. But I don't want to totally undo all the good work I have done. I usually save my carbs for wine 🙂

They always have sugarfree desserts at the lunch time buffet AND icecream that they call zero zero icecream. I'm on insulin so always go for the buffet at lunchtime to get my "fix".
