Bonaire diving

I am wondering if any of the Bonaire shops or resorts will rent tanks to cruise ship divers to dive on your own?  The places I have looked at seem to offer guided tours, but we prefer to dive on our own.

We have been diving in Bonaire previously when we spent a week at Captain Don's.

Thanks for any information.

I can't imagine why not.  I would contact Buddy Dive and see what they say.  Probably need a cc for deposit, but anyone is allowed to dive from their pier, not just guests.  They have a fantastic setup at pier, with lines leading out to reef, etc.  We've stayed there twice and its probably our favorite dive on the island, did it daily in addition to other sites on island.  They have a restaurant right there, too, for lunch which is handy.
