Instantaneous booking only directly via MSC?

I'm looking at booking an MSC cruise but my local travel agents are slow and unhelpful, and often the prices quoted on their sites aren't up-to-date. On top of that MSC doesn't seem to accept direct bookings from here, which leads me to the question: can you book online (with cabin selection, etc.) only via MSC or is there a list of authorised partner websites linked into MSC's availability/pricing system?

I book on line with no problems at all. Have done it with both MSC cruises, plus one that I just cancelled because of their cutbacks.

We looked at the website online MSC and then ended up booking through a big box to get cash back card.

We told the TA what sailing and stateroom we wanted

Apart from booking directly with MSC, can you book an MSC cruise anywhere else online (as in 3rd party sites), instantaneously, with cabin selection and all?

I tried third party sites ,prices were all over the place.i booked straight through by calling after I figured out what cabin I wanted.
