September weather Bermuda

We are leaving out of Baltimore headed to Bermuda.  We'd appreciate clothing ideas crossing the Atlantic on ship.  Will it be cool and windy?  I think we have an idea of the weather in Bermuda- it's the trip we are concerned about.

3 years ago we went first week of September out of NY, perfect sailing weather.  Spent all of our time out on deck.  10 years ago went from Boston late October and had cool wet weather but perfect in Bermuda.

We sailed the last week of August in 2018. Departed from NYC. Smooth sailing the entire trip. Perfect summer weather.  We were in bathing suits first day. Dining rooms and lounges can get cool at night. Bring a wrap.

Bring a fleece in case the cruise gets diverted to Canada. You are sailing in hurricane season. More likely if there is a storm you will end up in the Bahamas but Canada can happen.
