Bliss July 7. How/when to reserve go karts, other activities, shows, etc

Hi folks! We are an NY couple traveling with teen daughter and guest.  First time on Bliss/NCL. .how do we make smart reservations, book go karts, shows, etc?

 

any good advice for things for teen girl# to do, and any tips, precautions?😎

Also, is there a separate thread of cruisers looking to team up for excursions, car rentals?

If you check the NCL board, I'm sure there's info over there. Is it possible to reserve/book them online in your cruise manager for NCL?
