I do not think this is a tour.  It seems to be bus transportation from Livorno into Florence (and/or Pisa), for Do It Yourself-ers.

Yes used this company a couple of years ago and went to Rome - 'Rome on your own' and also Pisa.  Both were very reasonably priced I think around £16-£19.  You do literally just get dropped off/picked up no guide with you but it was great if you just needed the transport there and back.  Would not hesitate to use again.  Hope this helps!!

I've just booked this tour with them through viator.  It was a bit cheaper through that site.
