I wonder if this is all part of the Cuba fall-out.  ...

Sure, Cuba was the reason Royal brought back Empress and kept Majesty longer than they had planned.

Well... I like it so much, I booked it. April 27th... looking forward to getting to Coco Cay, without having to drive to PC or MIA/FLL

See u onboard. Haven't done Bahamas/Coco Cay in 19yrs when had my then 3 young kids. Doing B2B2B on her. Only last leg changed to Bahamas, other 2 are still Mexico. Prices were good when I booked, wouldnt changed anyways as all 3 Cruises are in my Favorite cabin...9256.

I'd rather be sailing solo, but I offered my Aunt to come with me. I earned a casino cert on the Navigator two weeks ago, and none of the sailings were past January and that was just not working. I used the trade in value and got an inside cabin for $300 including taxes each. Not a great price, but I guess not horrible either.

While we're disappointed at the loss of time in Key West, we're actually happy with the itinerary change as we're not particularly fond of Cozumel. We actually chose this cruise because 1) having lived in Tampa for years, I've always wanted to sail underneath the bridge,  2) we've never been to Key West, 3) my husband has never been to Nassau & while everyone on here seems to hate Nassau, I happen to love it. Always have. And, I get to have a beach day at the hotel where I spent a week during my spring break back in 1974 & looking forward to being back! Last time we were in Nassau I had to sacrifice that day as my daughter wanted to swim with the dolphins (which we really enjoyed), but - THIS time, I'm returning to my beloved hotel & beach. I'm a little apprehensive about Coco Cay as I loved it the way it was before but looking forward to the new adventure!

karena1 I love Paradise Beach also. That is reason we book cruises to Cozumel. I would really be disappointed if they changed the itinerary. I took a cruise recently that went to Coco Cay and I really liked it but would not choose it over going to Cozumel.  Coco Cay did have so many things for all ages to do and most were free. I really don’t feel it is a money grad on RCCL’s part.

From some of the  things that I have read RCCL had to agree to so many stops in Nassau to get the permits from the Bohemian government to expand Coco Cay.  Of all the ports I have been to I dislike Nassau the most.

We have become friends with people that work in Cozumel and I know these changes will really hurt them financially.
