Embark time

If the Seaview leaves BCN at 6pm, but they said my boarding time is 330pm, is that a hard rule?  Just wondering, as we land around 1230, so were maybe thinking to do something before we got to the ship, must you oblige by the time they say?  If not, what is the latest we could get on, and what about earliest?

Thanks all, wasnt sure how strict they are about it and didnt want to wait in line for 2.5 hours just to wait!  This is our first experience with the boarding new people every day so wasnt sure.  Also, how does that work with muster drill if many people have already done it?

If you have already done it no need to go to any others there will be announcements for the new people boarding to attend the muster

On the Seaview with the 4 embarkation ports they basically have a muster drill, or a makeup muster drill, on every day.  So you will hear announcements.  I.e. you'll do yours in Barcelona, but the next day there will be an announcement for those who missed it to attend a makeup one.  And so on.

They will tell you they will announce when the deck your cabin is on is ready.

We boarded Seaview around noon, and hung around the the atrium. At least until we got tired of fending off the staff trying to upsell us on drink, photo packages and specialty dining restaurants.  Didn't wait for the announcement and we went to our cabin around 1pm and it was ready and my luggage was already there.
