Allure post-October 2019 itineraries with azipod issue

It is interesting how many people concede that Royal has the right to make changes, yet get so angry when they don't get compensation (or waiver of NRDs) when changes are made.

 

I am also surprised (after reading zillions of posts from people condemning how ill-informed the Royal phone reps are, on virtually every subject from cabin locations to drink packages) that so many people confidently relied on those same uninformed phone reps for nonpublicized assurances on maintenance issues.
