Does La Cucina Serve Fresh Pasta

Hi...I would really like some fresh fettuccini (vs the dried stuff that is reconstituted).    I'm curious whether La Cucina has fresh or dried pasta.

It's not freshly made. I believe they use high quality boxed pasta.

Never was a fan of any pasta at La Cucina.  IMHO there was better pasta at the buffet.  I am hoping the new Italian restaurant on Encore is better.

This is an aside, but keep in mind that fresh pasta is different from dry pasta, they are made from different doughs and both have different applications that they excel in. See here for more info:

It is the same pasta. Either mass produced for the buffet or less mass produced for Cucina.

La Cucina serves the same quality if food that one may find in an Olive Garden.

I’ve never had a bad meal in La Cucina.

I miss the chicken parm they took off the menu - we would get that every time - was soooo good.

So many of the good meals were taken off the menu.  We were told that chicken parm  was not authentic Italian.  Miss the lasagna and just good ole spaghetti and meatballs

I have enjoyed the Oslo Bucco many times. Yummy
