Allianz vs AIG vs Nationwide.

Hello. Of these 3 insurance companies which one would You choose and why. Allianz vs AIG Vs Nationwide? What do You want in a Insurance Policy? I'm looking at policies for all 3 options as I look to choose one for My cruise next December. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

What I want may be completely different than what you want.

 

However, since you asked. These are things I look for and note that I will also take into consideration whether my trip is just a Caribbean cruise as compared to a European cruise. With that said

 

1. I want my medical to be Primary. Should I have a claim I don't want to have to deal with multiple entities.

2. I want realistic medical limits. Not low limits just to keep my purchase costs down.

3. I want a low Trip Delay time limit. A minimum 12 hour delay helps nobody in my opinion. I look for 4 hour.

 

Cancel For Any Reason does not appeal to me.

For a lower cost Caribbean cruise, I may not even get Comprehensive coverage. I will self insure against cancellation and such but will still say the Trip Costs is $500 per person so I can receive the medical coverage's.

My cruise is a 7 day western caribbean cruise.
