Can't start new thread for NCL Sun August 19

We are trying to start a thread for the August 19th sailing of the NCL Sun with no luck.  At least two different CC members have tried to do this with no luck.  PLEASE help!

The roll call finder might be broken. As long as the thread is there, you have a roll call.

The Roll Call for your cruise is right where it should be, in the forum for NCL Sun Roll Calls (and has been there for more than a month; you posted in it just yesterday)..  For some reason, it’s not showing up in the Roll Call Finder tool.  You’ll need to email the Help desk and let them know.
