Solarium Bistro Booking On Board (Specifically Ovation)

We're on Ovation in September. Our excursion in Juneau gets back too late to make our MDR seating, so we decided to try the Solarium Bistro. Right now in the cruise planner the only time I can get for our party of 3 is 5:30, which we won't be able to make. Do they open more times on board?

Yes, they supposedly hold back a certain percentage of time slots for onboard booking.  You may be able to make reservations with the Royal IQ App as soon as you are connected to the ship's WiFi, maybe as soon as in the terminal.  Failing that, go to the restaurant as soon as you board.
