Has anyone recently used St Petersburg City Break Tours for small group shore excursions?

 

The reviews on TripAdvisor are positive but would be keen to hear any feedback.

I've not heard of this company nor have I read any reviews on this forum.  Is there a reason that you chose this specific tour company rather than one of the top 10 or 20 providers listed on TripAdvisor?

They have a slightly different small group programme compared with the more commonly mentioned companies.  I've also previously contacted most of the top ten asking about private tours and not been particularly impressed by the responses from most of them - most were only keen for us to join one of their usual group tours.  We are lucky that the days we are in ST Petersburg only have a couple of cruise ships, so I can't imagine their reluctance was due to lack of guides.

 

City Break Tours get good reviews on TripAdvisor but was wondering if any CC folks had booked with them.
