Theoretical question: If your winning bid is accepted and there is ample inventory in that new cabin category, can you ask Celebrity to change to a different cabin if you don't care for that new assigned cabin location?

But do you get an opportunity to review the offered cabin and then make a decision to accept or reject it?

Had a friend that won a bid and he hadn't been notified but noticed he won by checking his vacation planner.  but hadn't He placed a call to Captains Club and a Rep made the change for him.
