Rhodes

We are looking for an excursion on Monday Nov 25th. I had found one on trip advisor;for $35 a person that was Lindos and Oldtown. However, they advised me that as of now they don’t have it for that day as we are only ship in port. Does anyone know of a similar tour they have used in the past?

You don't really need a tour for Rhodes -- you dock a few hundred feet from the entrance to the old city. There are DIY walking tours you can download online (or find in guidebooks) that will give you explanations. Definitely plan to visit the Grand Master's Palace and the Archaeological Museum (small but in a beautiful old building).

 

Lindos is a nice place to visit but for a first time, just spend your day in Rhodes.

Totally agree with this unless of course you're mad keen to see where they filmed "The Guns of Navarone" and have already exhausted everything to see in Rhodes old town.
