Trafalgar river tubing?

This is one of the excursions (included) that Regent offers on our Caribbean cruise in Jan. 2020.   We've never done tubing, and we'd love to give it a try.   We're in our 80's, but in pretty good health.   Does one get tossed around quite a bit, or is this quite easy tubing?   Thanks.

My daughter and I did this tour, booked with another cruise line, and enjoyed it.  It wasn't very rough the day we did it.  The tubes we were in had bottoms in them but you did have to do butts up when it was shallow to avoid rock bumps.
