Good luck with that one, we had the 3 AFTs next door to us, geez people get a grip.

I wouldn't need any luck. You'd be shut down immediately. Having an aft balcony doesn't make it somehow more acceptable. Seriously, what is wrong with you?

If someone was smashing a pinata on the balcony next to me I'd have security there in 1 minute. What is wrong with you people?

Try staying a suite with one of the largest balconies on the ship along with the next 3 cabins and then go make that call.

what is wrong with YOU people.

🤣

What is so unacceptable about it?  How would it affect you?

You think staying in a suite gets you a special set of rules? They threw a Haven guest off the Breakaway recently.

Seriously...what...is...wrong..with....you.

Hahaha Here we go again with the piñata police, it was done and there is nothing you can do about it.

You can move along now.

Well if I ever have the misfortune of getting stuck next to a class act like you, you're getting a knock on the door from security the second the bats start flying. I mean...just the noise alone should be a signal to any civilized person that isn't acceptable to do on a balcony.

What, you don't think rules apply to you because you're in a Suite? Are you some kind of Norwegian VIP? What is wrong with you?

No, but the people who grab food in the buffet with their hands, chair hog, smoke/play music on their balconies...and fish off the back of the ship...are.

I've got a new addition to my list of trashy behavior by low-brow selfish NCL clientele...

...smashing a pinata on your friggin' balcony.

I have a couple of questions:

I know your aren't allowed to bring fishing poles onboard the ship. Is this guy subject to a fine by the local coastguard or NCL?

Is he allowed to fish if he disembarks the ship, or does he need to be on a shore excursion?

You're seriously asking me what is unacceptable about someone smashing a pinata on their balcony? Really?

Yes.  What's the big deal?  People are having some fun, it's not affecting anyone else and I'm sure they cleaned up any mess.  So, in between your troll posts and faux indignation, please enlighten me.  I'm bored so I'll play along.

I'm not dignifying your supposed question with a response. Troll posts? Name one.

Just know that if I ever see someone above, below or next to me smashing a pinata on their balcony, be it Entitled Casino Queen or anyone else, they will have security at their door in moments and probably find themselves on Youtube also.

Ah right, the old tired trope that people who believe in being respectful of others around them and conducting yourself like a civilized human being on a cruise are "miserable."

A lot of folks are quick to say that it's about entitlement.  I think it's more about thinking, "I really enjoy fishing and I'm going on a cruise in the ocean where there's fish.  I bet it would be fun to try and catch a fish from my cruise ship balcony"....  Or "hey we're celebrating _______ and a pinata would be so much fun.  And since we have a large balcony, we could all get together a crack it without bothering anyone!"  The problem is that there are so many people who object merely for the sake of objecting.  It's the cruise line's job to police what happens on their ship.  If they have safety (or other) concerns about certain items then they ought not allow said items on the ship in the first place.  That's what going through security is for...IMO.  If a fishing pole is part of their prohibited items list, then confiscate it upon embarkation...same with a pinata, or whatever else they deem inappropriate.  And as a guest on the ship, if I see something that I think is dangerous or too loud or whatever, I stay away.  But that's just me.  We all do cruising differently and I respect that.

If the couple of things ( fishing pole, piñata) truly bother you, even though it's hard to believe they can have that big of affect on people.

Neither of those would I think of doing , it's just NOT that big of a deal. There are far, far bigger issues in life than those.

Nothing about being civilized, more about others having a different approach/ideas about life and having fun.
