Mariner of the Seas Deck Plan White Areas are What?

Thatā€™s where they bring links from the anchor chain so they can use chipping hammers to remove rust - I think itā€™s a 24 hour a day operation.

Thank you CruiserBruce and mom says for the info. I suspected this was a crew area; that's why I was wondering if it could be noisy or not... I guess it might depend on what is being done in this specific area. Thanks again!Ā
